Pitches a good size.
Close to water sports.

Sanitation block old, run down, unclean, untidy surroundings.
Booking system for water sports also old and you have to use it or go to the white water reception area to book, which is not near the campsite.
Not all advertised activities are available.
Shop at campsite open for limited hours, extortionate prices, doesn't sell milk etc!! To top it all, only takes cards so kids can't go and buy sweets or ice cream unless accompanied by an adult!!
Finally, on our last day the assistant manager walked around the camp with a notepad asking campers for their feedback, apparently I am not alone in my views. A phone call was made to a cleaner to come and clean the toilets and showers, also my granddaughter was told to go to the shop for a free packet of sweets to make up for her experience. Hopefully the notes taken by the assistant manager will be acted on (not holding my breath).
WiFi useless.....

The site was lovely and easy to get to and enter. The kids loved playing on the park. The team placed me away from my friends originally but were able to rearrange things so I could be next to them, very grateful for that.

The toilets and showers need to be cleaned more frequently when the site is busy.

Was lovely clean pitch, very spacious, staff very friendly. Peaceful surroundings. The shower and toilet facilities were individual which was nice.

Shower and toilet facilities were not cleaned regularly enough. Be nice if there was a pub /restaurant on site.

Was a great experience for our 1st time camping. Plenty for kids to do and would definitely go again.

Toilet locks a little lose in men’s block

Lots of space for children to play staff were lovely very friendly vibes loads to do very close by not too loud early morning or too late at night big pitches so plenty of space, we were placed quite close to showers and washing up sinks etc.

Only thing we disliked was the tap to get rid of toilet water was right in middle of the field we were on so every now and again you would get an awful smell also it was the same tap for drinking water so that’s a little off putting
