Some pitches are close together and no room for awnings and car.

Well spaced pitches with EHU & water tap. Showers & toilets were warm & spotless. Secure site with auto barrier & a well stocked farm shop with cafe.
Short walk into Pocklington market square which has an abundance of shops, coffee shops, traditional pubs, wine bar’s & restaurants

booked a hard standing with electric ,but no hard standing were left when we arrived

Lovely kept site, was a little worried about being on a grass pitch with the rain we've had lately but didn't need to worry it was perfect, and level.
Bathrooms great and really clean. Lovely farm shop on site, but also a 20mins walk into Pocklington which we enjoyed. Will defo come back to explore more.

Nothing to dislike!

A nice small site which was easy to locate. Friendly greeting with all info provided on a simple A4 sheet. The pitch was lovely and level. The facilities were excellent, self contained toilet, sink and shower which were exceptionally clean. This is a huge advantage if you have smaller children to get ready. Easy to walk into the lovely town of Pocklington and 15 miles to the Park and Ride if like to visit York. P

Good toilet and shower facilities, good size pitches with lovely views and very quiet.
Lovely farm cafe onsite which does an amazing breakfast.
Close distance about ten min walk to local village of Pocklington where there are pubs,shops and cafes.
We have stayed three times now and will definitely return again.

The owner called us to make sure we were still coming due to storm Babette. He gave us the Barrier code and told us all we needed to know so we wouldn’t get wet! Great well drained, level, hard standing pitch with electric. Spotlessly clean bathrooms. Each had large shower, basin, wc, dryer, shaver point, fan, hooks and window. Pot wash. Café was great for breakfast. Farm shop was low on stock but there again with a storm you wouldn’t want to be overstocked. Nice views over horses to church or over to the start of the wolds. Easy flat pavement walk to town. The dark skies were amazing. Bin & recycle. Would come back and reccommend. Didn’t use WiFi and we don’t have kids so can’t comment.
