Lovely, compact, quiet campsite with great facilities and excellent views. Loved our 2 night stay. I quite liked the patchy Wi-Fi at the bottom as it meant I fully disconnected but my daughter could connect on the top bunk of our camper.

My own fault really, but we parked at the bottom of the hill and it was difficult getting off our pitch after heavy rain. I had been warned as well, silly me

Pod was comfortable and had a fantastic view of the valley

Back to basic site with amazing woods to explore. Children loved the swings in the woods and climbing trees .

Lovely people on site, great facilities and kind flexibility when we had to arrive a day early and leave a day early! Toilets, showers and kitchen area tidy and clean, bonus of dog walking field during the season we stayed (late April). Beautiful views and within 15 mins drive of Swanpool/Maenporth/Falmouth/Penryn/Helford - brilliantly located.

What a beautiful site. We only stayed 1 night but had a lovely evening and a good explore of the ancient woods. Reasonable wash and toilet facilities too.

We were pleased to be allowed to exercise our dog off lead in the secure fields that were not being used at the time. That was a bonus as our collie is a deaf from birth nutty mut and really enjoyed himself! The facilities/wash-up room was very well kitted out with lots of extras like fridge, freezer, washing machine etc perfect for campers under canvas. Local pub The New Inn at Mabe , less than two miles, was a great locals pub with good food. Best to book though.
Site owner was very friendly.

Some of the toilets/showers were a bit tired and could do with a bit of a face-lift.

The site was clean and tidy. The toilet blocks were really nice wooden block perfect if you had young children to take with you. Our fridge broke while there but not to worry as there was a communal kitchen area with fridges.

Quiet location, close to Falmouth, nice friendly owners :-) The accommodation was faultless and clean.
