Lovely location and views

Facilities a bit 'tired', toilets were clean, but floors and walls were wooden, so difficult to keep hygienic.
Dust and cobwebs in corners, shower sealant mouldy and needed replacing.
Overall impression is that it would be an amazing site if there were more attention to detail.

The lanes to get there were narrow and impossible to navigate with a campervan if you met another can but once there the site was exactly what we hoped for

What a lovely campsite. We were made welcome by the owners from the moment we arrived. When we had an issue with our tent the owners went out of their way to help us and make sure we could stay and enjoy our holiday. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from them. The campsite itself is in a beautiful setting with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Fire pits were available for hire and wood sold by the owner. I would thoroughly recommend this site to anyone travelling near Falmouth. It’s a great location to be near town but also to visit the river. We will be back for sure. And thank you to the lovely owners for helping us out and making sure we could stay. Our family all had a fantastic time.

We had a great time, the pods are fantastic and comfortable. The facilities are good and there is a central field where the children meet to play which is safe. The owner could not have been more accommodating, especially when our daughter was ill. We will definitely be coming back to stay :-)

Really friendly owners. Hot showers and spacious pitch. Lovely scenery, woods and fire pit. Will come back!

Beautiful location with good accessibility. The hosts were warm and responsive and attended to all issues immediately. Adequate shower and toilet facilities were available on-site. Kitchen equipment and cutlery were of good quality and served all needs of a small family.

The caravan had cobwebs and some of the mosquito nets weren’t functional. The electric heater also didn’t function one night. Needs more maintenance.

Quiet campsite in a peaceful location with lovely view. Facilities clean and in good order.
