We loved this site , it’s beautiful , well located - lots of space for kids to play
Showers are hot , toilets clean - the cabin with kitchenette is really helpful - 2 sinks , fridge / freezer kettle , toaster , microwave, washing machine
The owners are really helpful and friendly - you can hire a fire pit and there is some local farm bbq things on site -

Kyanance cove is just over half hour from here , we went to the Minack theatre and St Michaels Mount whilst here
This campsite site is brilliant for stargazing - would have liked to have stayed a bit longer for shooting stars peak this week , we loved the walk in the wooded valley
We bought a dvd/tv so covered for movie nights if weather not 100%, I liked the dvd book swap area in the cabin
This is our 2nd time here - thanks to the owners for making our stay fab again 👍

Didn’t dislike anything about the site , even though the weather was a mixed bag - we still had a great time

The campsite was well laid out with a lovely family atmosphere. The bathrooms were well maintained and warm showers were welcome in the rainy weather.

The owner adds a personal touch by coming around and chatting to campers in the evenings and giving some great insights to local activities.

Site owners very friendly and helpful; quick to respond to initial queries via email and provided us with a sheltered pitch, as requested upon booking. Plenty of space on generous sized pitches and for the children to play- they had a great time. Facilities perfectly adequate for our needs!! Price fair in comparison with other sites. Location excellent: so much to do around and about and bus link a ten minute walk away. Enjoyed our stay very much.

We liked the walks straight from the campsite, the showers were fabulous, lovely warm hut to wash up or do washing and the staff were very helpful and kind..

Bit to remote although facilities were there they were in need of repair and painting clean but worn out

Everything about it, peacefully relaxing, great size pitches, facilities are well maintained, showers toilets cleaned several times a day, very friendly staff, great place for the kids to run around and be safe

There's nothing to dislike

We stayed in one of the camping pods and wow, so glad we did! This amazing pod was clean and welcoming, has a great little camping kitchen and fridge. When we arrived there was a deck of playing cards left for us as well as tea, coffee and sugar. These pods stayed very warm through the night and the bed was very comfy! There is plenty of space for 2 adults, teenager and a dog. The views are amazing and if it’s a clear night, be sure to look up at the night sky. The grounds are well kept, and the toilets/ shower areas are kept clean, and there’s a larger area for washing up, even a washing machine to do laundry! The owners are lovely, welcoming and chatty. We bought fresh eggs from the owners who have their own chickens. I wish we’d had more time to explore the walk around the area. The location of this campsite was great for us, nothing was to far for us to drive too.
We loved that we had our own decking area and bench, comes with a fire pit and has a water pipe at the back of the pod for access to fresh water. Lots of spacing between each pitches.

Honestly… nothing! Loved it all!

I don't know if the owners were ill, but the toilet block in the upper field and the older larger shower/toilet block in the lower field were not cleaned for several days. This spoiled our stay. I can see they have tried hard to diversify and also added glamping pods etc, but seem to have forgotten the basics. We've been camping/caravanning/campervanning for 40 years, all we need are clean facilities. Very disappointed.
