Fantastic location for exploring both the nearby beaches and the broads. Very basic facilities but that's what we like so we had a very enjoyable couple of weeks and for the price we paid was exactly what we expected. Definitely not a site for everyone, but if you just want a basic cheap site with friendly people and a safe atmosphere for your children to play in, this site is 100% the place for you. Would definitely return again and again if it was more local to us
