We were disappointed to hear that our site wasn't you. The weather has been very much against us this spring so the ground was a little wet during your stay. We do have several hard standing pitches and had we been made aware that you were so unlevel, we could have helped you by suggesting another pitch. As for the pitch size, all our hard stands have 5m of gravel and 3m of grass so there should be room for a reasonable sized awning without encroaching onto the next pitch, although we appreciate that the grass may have been too muddy to use when you stayed.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome by them and our different neighbours during our stay. The other campers were a joy to be around and our children made lots of lovely friends.
The forest walks are like a fairy tale, our girls had the best time exploring!
The large bathrooms were also really handy as a family, and were brilliantly clean with lovely showers.
The location was remote enough that you felt cut off from the world, but there was still reasonable phone signal and plenty of shops, pubs etc a short drive away. We will certainly be coming back!N'a pas aimé : –
Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, the wet Spring delayed our plans to improve the drainage around the fishing lakes but we are working on this now the sun has come out and should be finished within the next week.
