Lovely site, great facilities and absolutely lovely owners. Always helpful if you had any questions. A really useful map with local places of interest.

There isn’t any wifi I accidentally clicked on the stars, I did have good mobile signal though.

Clean. Friendly environment. Very nice place to camp.

Its mostly a slope so there is a risk your car might get stuck if it rains. So just consider this to where you park your car.

Second stay here - found a lovely pitch as was end of season.

Loved that they came round to sell firewood at the pitches!

Toilets very clean and regularly tended to.

Lovely setting for a laid-back family friendly campsite. Lots of space, considerate people, no music and as close as you can get to a wild camping experience. A charming village is in a walking distance, with two great pubs easily accessible by foot (if this is something you are after).

It is advisable you arrive early enough if you want to pitch on one of the flatter parts of the campsite. Having said that, we still managed to find a good spot on a Saturday afternoon.

We absolutely loved hook farm! This was our 3rd time camping as a family of 4 and this was our favourite yet. We loved how unattached from everything we felt. We had a nice pitch and had lovely views!!

Staff were great. Charlie was very helpful when we arrived and I was helped with a flat battery on my van. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Shower facilities were perfect! Toilets weren't great. But that's just lack of education on people part. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Great having the open fire on the ground, great hosts, excellent location.

Very difficult to find level ground (I didn't) so you'll be sleeping on a slight slope.
