We had a warm welcome and we were pointed in the direction of a lovely walk and any questions we had were answered.
There was a secure gate to the farm that was a really nice feeling of security.
The nearest pub took us around 50mins to get to walking, but that was with a 2 year old on tow! And we had a lovley Sunday lunch there.

This site is in a stunning location with some fantastic walks both direct from site and a short drive away. The owners recommended Tittesworth and Rudyard. Both definitely worth a trip and only about 10 mins drive away.
The site has a toilet and shower which were spotlessly clean. The chemical disposal area is also well kept.
The pitch is fully serviced, which is always a bonus. Good level hardstanding pitche with beautiful views.
The site itself is on a working farm and is lovely and peaceful. It is down its own private lane with gates access making you feel really secure. Access is via a key fob which you receive on arrival.
We loved a little morning wander around the site each day.There is a cute little duck pond and you can see the sheep and horses up in the fields.
The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I didn't catch any names except gorgeous Milo the dog. We had such an amazing time and would highly recommend a stay at this tranquil site.
