What is there not to like.... love this place. Lovely quite position on a small family run caravan site. Clean and tranquil.
This is our third visit and will be back for more.
Only 4 caravans on site all weekend.
Friendly family - we were even able to get a tin of tomatoes as we had forgot these and were a much for our Saturday morning fry up (last time it was toilet roll) 😂.

From the outset it was clear that the owner (Jo) was keen to make our stay as trouble-free as possible, offering advice on the easiest route into the site, and how to access our reserved pitch in the smaller of two fields. The day before, Jo messaged to say she would not be there to meet us, but gave us contact details in case we encountered any problems. Our pitch was ready marked with our name and the whole site was short-mowed grass with shelter from trees and hedges. Jo called to see us the following morning to check if there was anything we needed to know.

There’s no toilet or shower on site, but that wasn’t a problem as that had been made clear at the time of booking. Drinking water, chemical disposal and the refuse and recycling bins were all clearly marked and kept clean and tidy. Despite some traffic noise during the day, we heard nothing at night. A lovely place with easy access to the village pub and a traffic-free walk into Hornsea. We’ll certainly be back!

Lovely, well kept, peaceful site with friendly owners. We would definitely return.

minor thing, couldn't get good wifi signal but that happens on a few sites, didn't spoil my time away.

Loved the location. Close to Hornsea, Mappleton Beach and a number of other attractions. Very well kept site.
Very little signal which may be a dislike to some but a like for us as it really did give you time out.

The owner, Jo was a lovely lady. She was so friendly, gave us information about where we was staying. We dropped on a good wkend as they was The Hornsea Carnival what was really good. We will definitely go back soon.
