I had to ask for another electric heater, when the lady came to bring it she seemed really annoyed and said it wasn’t even cold? Which was annoying, made me feel like a moron for asking nicely to be warm overnight when it was 8 degrees outside. Tv didn’t work, no signal at all.

Normally the Glamping units are all pre heated ready for when guests arrive ! As I explained on this occasion I thought it was rather warm & didn't need it ! We did bring an extra heater over straight away , but from what I could see you hadn't actually used it ? Bit confused about the broken door as I've just thoroughly checked it & It's fine ? I do apologise for the poor signal , as someone had interfered with the areal !
