The owners were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. The pitches were spacious and thoughtfully landscaped. The facilities were always clean, the communal lounge area was amazing, kitted out with everything you could need should the weather be unkind. We loved every minute of our few days stay. The walk around Colemere and the canal towpath walks were beautiful. The owners should be very proud of the site that they have created in such a lovely location.
The lanes leading to the site are narrow but very quiet with plenty of passing places. This did not put us off, and we will definitely return. Loved it there!N'a pas aimé : Nothing

There were plenty of other pitches for 2 tents with a hook up, but was only offered a pitch on the main Field. Would have preferred a prettier spot. We were first ones at the site but was not offered any other spot and was not aware of other areas, which was disappointing.
Still had a nice time. And would go back but would request a nicer pitch.

Thanks for your review , I would just point out that for fire pits we do have to pay a hefty insurance ! The price we charge is less than you'd pay at a garage ! Also If people bring their own , the wood is not clean [ paint] & full of nails , which as you can understand is not good for your tyres !! Not sure of your point regarding pitch position , as I recall you seemed very happy that your two pitches were next to each other ????
