The facilities were clean, showers hot and pitches were seperat. The staff were accommodating and always happy to help. The location meant easy exploring and lots to do in the area. The price of the site is fair. Note to users - book activities via the main site and not the app as this thinks your a day visitor and you will pay more! Thankfully the staff explained this when booking into the pitch.

It is a busy site and the indoor facilities are not equipped for this. The evening club is rather small for the site. I also felt the photos on the website were not true to the actual site, for example the pools look larger in the photos which was disappointing. If you have young children there is a lot of noise during kick out time and whilst not the sites fault was disappointed by some of the other customers behaviours/language being shouted out.

Plenty to do - cycle track, football pitch, swimming pool, amusements, entertainment and clean excellent shower/toilet facilities.

Noisy campers, no respect for other campers.

The facilities were modern and the location was good, we were able to check in an hour early.

We were a mum 2 teens and a dog family in tent accommodation.
The dog wasn't allowed in the evening entertainment area or the indoor pool, spa gym area. The latter is fine but the evening entertainment is part of what you expect when paying for places like this.
The dogs are allowed at the outdoor pool, however, they stick you in a tiny little fenced off part with 3 benches near the showers it was approx. 4x4m, 5x4m at a push and there were 6 dogs of all sizes and breeds expected to be in this area, on 3 benches, muddy worn grass and no shade!!!!.... in summer. ( also take your own water bowl) The staff did nothing to accommodate us if we could not fit in this section, we were strictly not allowed to use the pool area, unless in this pen.

The site then allowed a large group 30 people, spread amongst other campers and caravans to play VERY loud music, scream, shout, and sing (badly) until gone 2am. Lots of alcohol, back and fourth to tents and big gathering blocking the access in and out of tent area. intimidating for other campers, for sure.

Really disappointed in this park expected more given the website, reviews and facilities. Wont be returning.

Occupied the skate park and tractor ride to the beach was a top favourite.
All staff were so friendly, happy and helpful.

The arcade.. most of the machines were out of order for the whole of our stay which was disappointing.

The entertainment area. Far too small to accommodate everyone. Hard to find a table unless your super early. So didn't get to enjoy the entertainment every evening...

But that's minor things,we absolutely loved our stay!

The site was very clean, we could choose our pitch, level with hedging between for privacy. We visited in the school holidays and although busy not over- crowded. We had no trouble booking the on-site activities, the system was easy to use with many time slots available. Would recommend this site as suitable for all ages.

Can’t think of anything

We went with friends to Cofton and we have a really lovely time. The staff members on arrival were so accommodating and made sure the small group of us were placed together which we really appreciated.
The site itself was amazing, so clean and tidy, everything so well maintained and there was lots to do, we especailly enjoyed the outdoor pool, splash zone and adventure area in the woods
We also enjoyed our visit to the beach at dawlish warren. We will definitely be returning with our tents next year but for longer.
Using Pitchup was so straight forward and easy to use.

There wasn't anything we particularly disliked about the site itself but if I had to say anything I would say that the entertainment area could be slightly larger as we had to no chance of getting in on
two of the evenings.
The arcade was a little disappointing as I purchased 2x £10 cards that could not be used fully as I would say 80% of the games were not working, that was a little frustrating for the children.
We brought food one evening but for the price it was a little disappointing, bot really value for money so choose not to do that again for the remaining of the holiday.
A small issue of our neighbours on the pitch were smoking weed. Which unfortunately blew into my tent, this is not something you want to be experiencing with children around. I was going to complain about this but this occurred on our final night so didn't bring it to anyone's attention.
WiFi could be a little better.
These small issues above definitely did not effect the holiday what so ever.

Was a lovely stay. Beautiful site,with good facilities. Clean showers and toilets.
