We truly appreciate your thoughts on the areas that could be improved. We'll take your comments about noise, pool pricing and the lack of staff information on arrival seriously. We'll look into providing clearer instructions for things like locker use, sauna, and shower access and ensure guests are aware of local walks and tide times before heading to the beach. We’ll also look into improving the service speed at the café.
