Very helpful kind staff, pretty and well kept surroundings, we went late July although it is a very busy time of year it wasn't overly noisy.
Nice shop/bar/swimming pools on site aswell. We will definitely return 😊

Toilets and showers whilst great, need to have toilet brushes and squgies so people can leave as they would like to find them

facilities were very good and very friendly staff.

Would prefer a separate section for people with dogs. I don't think they should be allowed everywhere. There was a large dog next to our tent and it was barking early in the morning and late at night. Very annoying!

All parts of the park were great

Didn't like the use of a fire pit next to me at night on 2 acaions had to shut all windows and vent to stop the smell of smoke this was reported to the office and warden but nothing done about it

Absolutely loved everything about this site!
Spotless facilities, beautifully maintained level pitches and communal areas. Fab food options, from take away fish and chips to a dine in Sunday carvery.
Activities on site included the tree top adventure too, which the four of us did (2x adults, 1x teen, 1x pre-teen).
Indoor/outdoor pool lovely. Fantastic area for our dog to have a good run around.
Couldn’t have asked for more!
We will definitely be back to visit again!

I do think they need more reception staff - always a lot of people waiting - or not answering the phones.

Whole place really well presented. Great location for train to get around. It is a lovely walk down to station through woods.
Really quiet of evening after 10:30

Wifi was really poor on our pitch. We have asked for refund as we couldn’t access the service but this hasn’t been processed yet. They seem very reluctant even tho we queued every day to speak to them about it. Not what we wanted to be spending time doing.

No handwash in most of the dispensers

If you have kids and don’t mind noise from 08.30 through till 1030pm but if you want a quiet and relaxing time then don’t come here
