First time staying at Cofton and it didn’t disappoint. It was a smooth process checking in and being guided to our pitch. The pitches were a very decent size, giving you options on which way to pitch your tent. Hooking up to the electric was simple. The facilities were brilliant. We only left the site a few times because there was plenty to do and everything we needed on site. We stayed in twelve acre field and the toilet block was modern and had everything you needed. They were cleaned and restocked regularly.

Not so much a dislike but it could be the deciding factor when choosing our next campsite. The indoor swimming pool was an extra charge, however you do get discount if you are staying onsite.

This is a brilliant site, excellent facilities which were spotless. Wonderful to be able to walk in to Dawlish Warren

My daughter of 5 years was allowed in the big pool alone with me poolside one day then next day she wasn’t allowed in at all

The site is clean, well organised and well cared for. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The pitches are a good size & sensibly spaced out. There are ample fresh and grey water places dotted around the site. The shower/loo blocks are clean and checked regularly. The indoor pool is lifeguard monitored and, sensibly, capacity is managed too, so it's not over-crowded. There is a good selection of take away and eat in dining. Whilst we didn't use the launderettes, it's nice to see that there are a few washing machines and dryers available for use.

There were occasional water outages in the shower block near to 12 acres field. Whilst these were generally dealt with quickly, the outage was a nuisance whilt trying to have a shower.

Friendly staff , delicious food in the restaurant and clean swimming pools. The Magic show was absolutely fantastic and the evening entertainment is really for the whole family. Overall good stay we would come back.

Its a grass pitch , however everyone was struggling to put down their pegs. You can only go down 3-5cm then its concrete. It wasnt only the case on our pitch , everyone was struggling the same thing. We had to bend all of our pegs to manage to have a grip.
Toilets and showers could be maintained more often.

The cleanliness of the site and it's amenities. The staff were always polite and helpful. There was a lot to do on site.

Not enough room or staff in the evening activities venue. And the amusement arcade was poor and you had to purchase a cars.

The site was great! There’s so much to do there: pools, arcade, entertainment, pump track, etc. The fishing lakes were an added bonus (we spent most of our time there). We enjoyed it so much that we booked a hot tub lodge for Feb half term whilst we were there.

We had to wait to be shown to our pitch and then had to follow a member of staff on a quad around the site to find us a pitch - it appears they don’t allocate you a particular slot. Not a major problem but very different to what we are used to.

Organisation was fab, great facilities including multiple shower blocks, toilets and water points so there wasn't any crowding, even in a bank Holiday weekend in August.

There was a lot of thought to family friendly stuff and a lot of entertainment included for children of all ages. We saw more adult aimed things advertised but as we had very young children we didn't participate, so can't comment.

The pitch was fine, quiet after about 10pm everywhere. WiFi was available for an additional charge, electric included on our grass camping pitch, but I believe it was chargeable for other types of pitches.

We'll definitely be visiting again!

The biggest / most commercial type site we've stayed on in our MH. Nice and clean, friendly staff, cheap activities compared to over places.

Pool was advertised as heated but didn't feel like it.
Chip Shop & Restaurant are quite pricey.
