Staff were lovely to chat with and very helpful, the site was spotlessly clean and well set out

Disappointed that the pub wasn’t open but understandable as the site was quiet when we visited and it wouldn’t have been cost effective

Small friendly and beautiful site loved everything about it. Microlodge was immaculate. Warm and cosy. Bar area also lovely the young lad serving was fantastic is friendliness and customer service was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Almost everything having a golf course to walk around is just fantastic the dog loved it as did we. Highly recommended for a great stay .

Bar at night later in year is a little cold as is in a marquee

I liked everything about the place.
Really friendly staff, immaculately clean and tidy grounds, toilets and showers are spotless and modern.
Was a last minute booking as passing through but was really pleased.
10 min walk into the village to a nice pub too.

Friendly people, nice quiet campsite with a great little bar. They do nice food, pizzas and burgers also breakfast takeaway or eat in.

Stayed for a weekend, motorhome grass pitch ,site is very nice ,clean well maintained and the owners are very nice ,helpfull and always around to help .Stayed on many sites over the last 25yrs but I must say the toilet/ shower facilities are exceptionally clean and modern, the best I've ever seen on a site .Enjoyed a local band on the Saturday night in the onsite venue ,music great and the bar has a good supply of varied drinks ,really enjoyed it .Had a couple of bacon sandwiches on the Sunday morning from the bar/cafe .
The location is great ,walked along the old railway line path next to the site ,doubled back trough the village ,called at the local for a pint and back to the site ,nice and level easy walk only about an hour steady away. Would definitely recommend and will be returning at some point .

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The lodge was perfect. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We visited the bar and my husband loved the homemade pizza.

The tv aerial couldn’t receive many channels but wasn’t a massive issue.

Love cherry burton ,lovely friendly staff very nice clean place to stay ,it’s like our little home 😀
