Good location within walking distance of Builth Wells. Well stocked shop with an honesty box, can't wait to enjoy the local honey. Great games room and kitchen especially if you are in a large group to get together in the evenings

A fantastic place to stay, great facilities, location perfect for exploring southern Wales.

We stayed in Derw pod for 3 night with a 4 year old and baby which was very comfortable.

A little shop on site which is handy for things like snacks and firewood etc.

Loved this place, perfect for all ages children loved the freedom and back to basics, we took varied ages from 3 to 17 and none of them wanted to come home, will definitely be booking again

Perfect campsite located in the forest in very good price. I like the idea that each pitch has they own picnic tabe and place to make a bbq. Planty of facilities available on site free toilets and showers, game room, fully equipped kitchen but also fireplace.
I like location of the campsite close to the city.

We loved our stay at Celtic Woodland Holidays. We had our own tent and the building with all the amenities was great. Toilet and shower area clean. Kitchen well equipped. And the pool table, tennis table was a hit with all the family. We will definitely be booking again

Quaint little hobbit houses. Site was really well laid out. Appropriately but not overly lit (bring a torch though). Accommodation contained absolutely everything we could possibly want or need - very well thought out. Rooms cool at night which was a godsend during a heatwave. Beds & bedding really comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. Stayed for a weekend & thoroughly enjoyed it

Entrance was a tad tricky the first time, steep & slippery gravel so quite exciting on first entry! Showers were not temperature controllable - would have preferred a much cooler shower on this occasion! Would hate to be here when lots of children on site!

The lodge was absolutely stunning. We stayed in Bedw. Felt like no one else was around while sat on terrace. Beautiful scenery. The communal games room, kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. We really enjoyed using the sauna. You pre book it so just for the people you are staying with. We woodland walks were picturesque. It was so quiet and peaceful. The staff we spoke to were really polite and had helpful info for using the site and going into town if you wish. They had wifi in the main building which was open 24/7 which worked well but not much 4/5g around the site. This didnt bother us. The town wasnt too far away and although there are hills it was a nice walk even for me who is disabled. A few cute little shops in the small town and good pubs. The closest in the greyhound hotel but we preferred the ones in the town a couple more minutes away. Just personal choice. This is not far from some amazing waterfalls too. Cant wait to go back again

Couldnt get a taxi or Uber getting to or from town but the walk although hills was actually ok. We were told by a local you have to book way in advance

Site was beautiful, really peaceful, lovely views from the patio at the pod.The lady we met me on arrival very kindly swapped me to a pod with a ramp rather than stairs as my dogs are old and a bit wobbly Communal facilities were clean and well equipped. The dogs loved strolling and sniffing around the paths that criss cross the site. Good location feels remote but very close to town and lots of places to visit. Honesty shop very handy for any bits you may have forgotten. There is no electric in the pods so be aware of that though it just adds to the peace and atmosphere.
