Good Pools, the indoor heated one being a real life saver on rainy days. Beach a short walk through private site gate. Anyone with young kids here will have a good time, but consequently anyone without kids might be best advised to avoid! Good value for money for a family holiday.

A few things not up to scratch like the drainage channel in indoor pool being broken so that you could easily trip on it. Only one drier working, cheek by jowl pitches (but that's to be expected for the price) says there is a sauna and hot tub but there isn't.

We loved the pools and the slides. Even on a rainy day, we could get in the indoor pool (with the window open a crack to feel the rain coming in on us) and be really warm inside. Going outside to get all cold then back in to the warm pool was great. Sad that we had to do that in August but hey ho the weather was awful.

We also liked the shop with fresh baguettes and croissants every morning, the games area with 3 trampolines and the (longish) walk to the beautiful beach.

No leeway with checking out - it was POURING on the day we left, and we were struggling to get everything in our car and it took a lot longer than expected - try putting 3 wet tents away fast!), but we were hassled to leave at 12.08 (12.00 checkout)

It was very clean, well run.

Weather
The pitch we had flooded when rained.

Pitch sizes were good, take away good and reasonably priced, toilet facilities kept clean.

Outdoor pool was FREEZING, indoor pool was cloudy and not very clean at all. Kids football /basketball court was concrete so resulted in quite a few nasty scrapes. Floor tiling outside of toilet block was lethal when it rained. No hand-wash or hand dryers in the toilet blocks. Pitches liable to flooding with the rain. Restaurant /bar seemed a little bit over the top for a campsite. Announcements over tannoy were only given in French. French youths caused a bit of trouble (14-16 year olds) with our 9 year old, staff not very willing to help out.

Excellent pitch size. , water near to pitch , toilet facilities were great. And exceptional disabled person’s facility Constantly being cleaned and modern with plenty of hot water

Swimming pool had lots of space and variety of areas within the pool, great slides and one pool undercover made it great for all weathers. Kids play parks were good and clean. Toilets regularly cleaned throughout the day. Pizza take away was tasty and priced well. Good shop with most items you would need to top up with and fresh bread/pastries in the mornings. great access to beautiful beach 5 min walk away. Good location in that it’s a beautiful area to explore, and in a quaint village a short drive away.

Very cramped pitches, everyone was really packed in giving no personal space outside of your van/tent. Small roads to get to pitch making manoeuvrability tricky - large caravans were struggling.
We had EHU but it was limited, so limited our usage. So in bad weather without our solar it was tricky. Never had this issue before.
Good washing machines. Only one tumble dryer though which broke during our stay. Very frustrating as it was very wet weather and unable to dry clothes. Wi-Fi and signal very poor. Couldn’t even connect to internet to look up things to do in the local area. Not many suitable activities for teenagers - some of them were quite antisocial because of this. Our little ones couldn’t get opportunity to go on the trampolines, football pitches and struggled on slides in pool because of this.
One toilet block was newer and modern, second toilet block felt very overused and dated - despite being clean. Taps in washing up areas didn’t always work well or have hot water.
Also disappointed that with beautiful sea views the camp was surrounded by high mesh fences real eyesore for a beautiful location.
This is a nice site. But I think it has just been overfilled to allow more profit in the peak season. I think it would be beneficial for a little TLC and limit amount of people on the site to provide a bit more freedom. It would make it a far more pleasant experience.

Swimming pool indoors and outdoors so good for weather conditions

One shop on site which closes from 1-3.30pm, so you need to make sure you have lunch sorted everyday as the campsite is also in the middle of nowhere too.
Can't take dogs on the beach and no footpaths nearby
Pitch was quite small and also no where near an electrical hook up disappointing when we paid for an upgrade too. They said we needed an extension for this although some pitches were right next to them.
One tumble dryer on site, absolutely mad when we had 2 days of terrential rain and about 100 families trying to wash and dry clothes!!
I would only come here with small children as very little to do for children aged 10+
Very remote and not near much at all
One vegetarian dish available in the restaurant so not great if not a meat eater
You had to pay extra for Wi-Fi and gym which again made things very expensive with older children.

Excellent, cheerful & very helpful staff.
Great pitches which didn’t feel crowded.
The pool, playground & sports facilities were all in great condition & there was plenty of capacity for the site.
The sanitary blocks were very clean, in good order & big enough to cope with the numbers.
Restaurant & shop we’re really good.

Very good and clean shower facilities. On-site pool and slides were good entertainment for our children. Staff very good especially on arrival.

Lack of control around trampolines meant they were ‘dominated’ by some. Trees in around the tent pitches took up a lot of space which was a bit of an issue when all pitches were occupied and a number with tents that filled their pitch to the max. Wi-Fi coverage was inconsistent.
