We’re sorry to hear about the mosquitoes during your stay; they can indeed be pesky at certain times of the year despite our mosquito killer machines !
As for the location, you're right—it’s a short drive to the nearest shops. A bike can make it practical for those who enjoy cycling as Tourrettes is 10/15 mn away (and 40 mn if you like to walk, not on the road at all !).
