Large, well-defined spaces. It's a nice shady site run by Ludo who seems to run the place single-handedly!
Quite a few fishermen just spending they're day with their rod in the water!
Pizza van came round in the evening which is to be recommended.
Overall, a quiet place, but the town is nothing to write home about. For WiFi, you need to be close to the reception area.

Really nice roomy pitches in trees and by river. Our pitch was right by lovely running water. Showers hot and roomy.
Great riverside restaurant near entrance to campsite. Riberac itself a bit run down, but very good Le Clerc supermarket tho.
Campsite owner was nice.

Guess it good get busy in summer.
Not super modern facilties, but had a rustic charm.

The location with the beautiful river Dronne surrounding 2 sides. Lovely big pitches with trees for shade. Very well maintained grounds. Clean & well maintained toilet & shower block with plenty of hot water. The owner Ludo makes you feel welcome. He arranged for an artisanal pizza van one night & a happy hour another night when he provided wine & brochettes. Overall a calm & welcoming atmosphere. Short walk into Riberac. Lovely restaurant across the road. Very highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful owner. Lots of level, shaded pitches (essential in a heatwave as our adapted van is a bread oven at night otherwise) . Adjoins a lovely little river for swimming. Facilities are in tune with the site (rustic, nothing flash) After the hailstorm battering earlier this year, Riberac has started to bounce back and deserves your support - a handy base to visit Carennac (lovely medieval village), Le Jemaye (lakeside) or Perigreux

Ludon the proprietor could not be more friendly and helpful. Lovely pitches on the riverbank (would not be suitable with little ones) and you can swim in the dam or paddle in the river. Disabled showers better than other shower units. Other facilities were good. Loved the second hand junk shop just outside the site over the bridge. Large supermarket nearby. It was too hot to visit the nearby town of Riberac but when we drove through it looked well worth a visit.

We liked everything.

Nice relaxed place to stay. Ludo, the owner, is so helpful nothing is too much trouble.

You can feel the tranquility as you drive in , beautiful level pitch on the edge of the river with trees draping branches that give perfect blend of shade and sun and we could even have fished from our pitch or hired a kayak on site but I chose to relax in the sun. We paddled in the river by the little waterfall and could walk to the village which had cafes and restaurants. Clean and super friendly site and great value, I could have stayed for weeks and just visited all the lovely villages around. Nobody could forget our host Ludo who was the most helpful , kind caring and hard working gentleman who would go way above necessary to look after his customers. I would highly recommend as a stopover or for a much longer stay, great place to renew your energy and relax.
