Then my husband also went to the men’s showers and these were also cold. My only other dislike was the check in. No one reported issues with cold showers, this review is the first that we were aware of.
On inspection there were no boiler issues and everything was working fine, the only reason the showers could be cold is if all 3 boilers stoped working at the same time (which all 3 are working ok) or you used the before 8am or after 10pm, where they are on timer to save wasting gas as very few people use them after 9. If we were told of issues we would have changed the timer to suit you. Our aim is for happy customers and not ones they say nothing until they can get behind a keyboard to complain when it's too late. As for the old man in the shop I take that on board and will try and get him to be more welcoming, he does not drive and does not know the area so he is not the best cornwall tourist information centre hence is gave you an information pack. Like any bad review we ever receive the customer NEVER talks to management before they leave to resolve any issues and only get satisfaction online. Pointless
