Beautiful site with loads of space to camp, we had the field pretty much to ourselves at times.

Absolutely loved this campsite. I received a very warm welcome and was invited to drive round the site to choose my spot. I picked a wonderful pitch by the river. There is so much space. It was so peaceful. Although it's not too far from a main road, which is convenient, I didn't hear any road noise. There is reasonably priced petrol in the garage in Hatt and supermarkets about 7 minutes up the road.

It didn't matter to me as the weather was quite good, but I imagine the tracks around the site aren't much fun to drive when it's been very wet. You do have to drive through a yard of industrial units when you get there, which isn't pretty, but beyond that it's really beautiful.
