We are, however, disappointed to hear that the noise from the dual carriageway affected the hour you stayed with us. As a family-run park, we strive to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant experience.

Our location is clearly mentioned on our website and all booking channels to ensure transparency for our guests before they make a reservation.

Upon your arrival, we understand that the noise was a concern for you, and we did our best to accommodate your needs by offering to move you to a different pitch. However, we respected your decision to leave after pitching up for an hour.

We are dedicated to providing excellent service and are proud to have thousands of repeat guests who are very happy with our park. We genuinely care about our guests' experiences and always aim to do the right thing, as we did in your case.
