The toilet blocks were some of the nicest and cleanest ones we have used. The location of the site is brilliant. Bus stop straight out side with buses to Gloucester and Cheltenham every 10 minutes. We really enjoyed watching the planes fly over some of them were very low but great to watch. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience.

We got the 94 bus to Gloucester direct from the site entrance which runs every 15 mins up until around midnight
We walked to Cheltenham which is around 3 miles along the cycle path
We will definitely visit again so handy for Cheltenham races and festivalsN'a pas aimé : Not a dislike as such but due having easy access to the M5 there is some distant road noise ( motorbikes mainly) but it didn't spoil our stay and wouldn't stop us visiting again

I had to queue.. ( never done this before! ) .. toilet shower block closed a 11:00 to 1:00.. for cleaning.. I forgot and walked over the threshold and was shouted at by a lady.. not polite at all .. to use the disabled one .. ok but there was a chair holding the door of this open .. so it wasn’t very clear.. Ony 2 of the shower had a bench and partition.. these were in use .. so used the other ones .. just a flimsy shower curtain which was far from water resistant.. the water came underneath it .. making the whole area wet .. and a stool .. which was soaked by the previous person.. .. .. we booked 2 nights left after 1 .. not done this before..

I can say with absolute confidence that Joy would never intentionally raise her voice or speak to a guest in a rude manner - it’s simply not in her character. She will be very upset to read your comments, as she takes great pride in making everyone feel welcome and cared for during their stay.
Our team consistently receives praise for their friendliness and approachability, and I know they’ll be very upset to read your comments, as they work incredibly hard to make every guest feel welcome and looked after.
