For future reference if anyone finds something not working it is much better to come to reception and inform us and then action can be taken to remedy the situation.
Every shower is checked by myself in the early hours to ensure there is no problems at that moment.

As you requested to be near the toilet block because of mobility issues we didn't even suggest you go up onto the grass field as we had selected a tarmac area down here on the level with flat access to toilet & shower, all easy access with a mobility scooter, but you appeared to be walking well that day after you car journey.,.
So, the option was there for comfort but rejected so this farm site for whatever reason did not suit you., & you did say no research was done prior to booking. I'm sorry it was not what you hoped for.

If campers find a tap not working it is best to report as probably it just needs more water to be pumped up from the well as we are on top of a hill, so taps on the highest point run dry rather quicker than others ( there are 6 around the site)
