The cream teas are excellent as is the food in the restaurant. The site is very clean and well kept, with obvious pride. They made me and my 2 young sons very welcome and we can’t wait to go back!

As the main chef here I have to comment that the breakfast bacon is never ever deep fried..
It may become crispy but the day starts with a clean dry pan with each guest having a back rasher plus a streaky one, which eventually crisp up. The same applies to the mushrooms and tomatoes, with a special pan for eggs,all with minimum vegetable or olive oil.
Sausages and hash browns or potatoes are the only breakfast item to have more oil.
Obviously our farm site is not to your taste but thankfully enjoyed by many.
