Warm, heated shower block - cleaned daily; information area with charging port and freezer; and washing up area with soap and brushes provided.
Staff were friendly and approachable but also left you to it, which is perfect.
Our son loved the play area and how family friendly it was. He made loads of friends and we felt comfortable letting him run around and be free.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We do have a communal freezer in the Tourist Information room for customers to use for their ice blocks. Being a small park we would not warrant a laundry but there are facilities in nearby Hay on Wye if you did need them.

Thank you for your review. We love all wildlife here and try to keep the grounds well maintained. Being such a small park we do not warrant a shop as there would be so much waste. There is a well stocked shop 1 mile away in the village for any supplies needed. We do hope to see you and your family again.
