Perfect location for good walk into Criccieth

(No children when we were there - there’s a much much larger more family orientated site just down the road with a similar name)
We’ll happily return to Black Rock Sands FARM site.

I don’t think there is grey water disposal.
For us the freshwater was a bit tricky as we have a fixed tax and the tap was behind another van and so was only accessible to fill a hand container. Our hose didn’t reach so when the other van left for home we took their space to access the water more easily.
So that was the only minor niggle.

Two of the four pitches were level, the other two had a slight slope. Very good value for EHU. Very quiet despite being a working farm and there were no other users on the site. Mobile O2 signal was very strong. Weak DAB Radio with few channels available. Very good DTV signal with 54 channels available inc. HD. Close to the beach-5 mins for access by the Black Sands Touring Park or 9 mins to the toilet block and dog friendly beach entrance.

Currently the toilets and showers are not available, but I was aware of this at the time of booking, so not a problem. No wifi.

Small (3 pitches) park up on a working farm, electric hook up and water tap. Ten minute walk to the beach if you have a dog and five if not, to the non-dog part of beach via the dunes. No toilets or showers currently (which we knew in advance). Ideal if you want to spend the day on the beach and somewhere quiet to park at night.

Perfect for a quiet break away.
Only 3 pitches run by the lovely Rhian and Twm.
No toilet or shower but was told this before we arrived.
Only noise was the sheep and birds and the odd car.
Was able to let our dog Mabel run in the field which she loved.
Easy to walk down to the beach and short drive into Porthmadog.
We will be returning as we loved the peace and quiet.

Leaving to come home. Could have stayed a lot longer
