The location was great. Lovely views. About 15 mins drive from cadair idris. The camp manager was friendly and gave us lots of tips on walks and local places to see. There was wifi at the shower block. Firepit allowed. The toilets were fine, always had soap and toilet roll. No hot water. The shower was cold one day and didn't work at all the next day. But this didn't bother us as we had our own facilities. Overall a great stay for 15 quid a night.

Really nice place between mountains. Lovely host and very good facilities. Definitely recommend. So close to sea side, only 15min drive.

Stunning location, very little noise and light pollution, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, showers that just bucket hot water at you and fill the shower tray giving you a bonus foot bath, Wi-Fi available but with poor range forcing you to switch off which was also lovely.

Meeting the thing who lives in a caravan

Beautiful campsite in a stunning setting, well set out with lots of space, all the amenities you need and kind and friendly staff.

We came up for 3 nights family of 5, greeted very welcoming by the lady in the house. Tent set up by the little river running along which was beautiful. Surrounded by stunning scenery. Kids were safe playing around and always chatted to by AJ the site manager who was lovely. Its very remote which I didn't mind at all some people may find issue with that but not me. Locals with caravans were very welcoming. Make sure to take plenty of 50p's for shower use.

Showers varied between hot and cold, my wife used the one in the girls toilets which she felt was better than the others. Maybe if a few people were having a shower at the same time it tends to get cold I'm not sure. WiFi only worked by the house, agin no issue for me but kids couldn't watch a film in tent as we didn't download them before going.

Beautiful views, good facilities and plenty of room available when I got there mid-week.
