Loved the peace and quiet it's a fairly small site with lots of space per pitch. Only the noise of farm animals and birds which was great. Facilities were really clean and stocked. Superb communication from owners. Great location for hiking.

Nothing to dislike really. If I had to be picky the grass in the doggie field was a little overgrown so it's hard to find the ball if your dogs not a natural sniffer! Easy pitch set up, level pitches, TV aerial and WiFi with great reception!

We chose to return here for our final caravan holiday- such a fabulous relaxed site! I love how the booking is just one simple (affordable) price without having to pay for loads of add-ons. We love the large spacious pitches, the shared green spaces. The cute handy shed toilets near the pitches, the thoughtful extras the owners provide for guests and their dogs. We made use of the local walk guides. Loved the gentle walk towards the farm for an early morning shower, helping us ease into the day. Our teenagers switched off from devices and reconnected with nature. Our eldest found peace to revise for her GCSE's. The site is a great base to visit other gems the Dales has to offer. Oh and wifi was actually great when we needed it!

The site promotes the 'dark skies' movement which is fantastic, so you might need a torch for night time bathroom visits, there are notices up about this. We disliked other campers who insisted on lighting up their caravan all night long, so if you stay here please reconsider putting up all your garden solar lights surrounding your vehicle and turn off your outside lights once you've settled in for the night.

Very laid back but with all facilities thought of, very clean. Great correspondence before arrival with all details of everything and worked perfectly.

Would have liked the showers perhaps to be a bit closer and had trouble using one of them, but wouldn’t put us off staying again.

Minor - showers quite a walk from pitches

This place is a gem, always clean and tidy with all fully serviced pitches with dog washing cabin and secure walking area, toilets washing up hut and showers down near the cottage. A 2 minute walk and there is a bus stop and the bus will take you in to malham for a small fee also though to skipton and the villages well worth it less hassle then trying to fight traffic and find parking. Been back for here year after year and never get bored and it always seems to get better.
