No me gustó: The management and way the over all park is run. Regulars are favoured over all guests. And there is a self righteous atmosphere from regulars and the team as you go about the park . Movements are tracked and checked via cctv. The park even ringing us to check on the time we had left our dogs and if they were ok despite the fact we have cameras and air con and we explained this the first time this happened. They are perfectly fine one of our dogs suffers with anxiety outside and prefers to be left at home to being out in the car. Also in the heat it’s safer for them to be in an air-coned camera controlled caravan. It felt like others thoughts and opinions were projected upon us rather than the knowledge we have of what’s best and their routine. I’ve stayed in a number of caravan parks in my 40 years of caravaning and never have I ever had this! Dogs barking all over the park all of the two weeks of our visit but my dogs seemed to be targeted. Illegal substances were being smoked around my grandkids. Bikes and scooters being ridden all over the park at speed despite being told this was only allowed on the bike park. My awning was also tampered with. All was reported but nothing seemingly done.

No me gustó: Not a dislike but a club house would be a great addition after the local pub closed

No me gustó: Management were rude not helpful if you weren’t in the click supposed to be dog friendly if you leave your dog in caravan and they bark you are wrong they expect you to take your dog in car with temperature at 30 degrees the rules state no bikes no scooters but children biking all the time people smoking cannabis reported the smell when there are kids on site nothing done site was clean and well kept but wouldn’t recommend this site do to management

As a group of guest you upset many other guest we had numerous complaints about your dogs.
Our policy which is available on our website states - don't leave your dog unsupervised anywhere on the park at any time.
Leaving your two large dogs in a caravan for 8 hours in hot weather is totally unacceptable as you stated in 30 degree heat and even after we spoke to you about this they were left another day for 10 hours !
We will not tolerate guest being rude to us or to other guest one of your party had to be told by a member of staff not to speak to our other guest as he did.
When booking dogs have to be paid for 5 dogs came with this group only two were booked in . We responded to your complaint about cannabis we checked the park and could not smell anything no other guest mentioned this. Children for safety reasons are reminded to only ride to the park and to use the bike riding area .
Our aim is for everyone to enjoy their holiday including yourselves. I am happy to say we will not be welcoming this group back to our park so our other guest can enjoy their visit her.

No me gustó: We had an experience with fellow caravaners opposite where they left there dog in the van, in July, all day, from 9-5pm. The dog barked ever time someone or something went past. Plus it is not very responsible as owners to leave there dog all day (we have 2 and I would not leave them in my caravan for that long). I contacted the site, and I believe they left a note for them. Bot the site owners fault at all. But the caravan owners made a loud obvious comment on when they came back, that ‘others should mind their own business’. Which made me feel uncomfortable and something I’ll remember from that holiday- not what I want from a trip away!
We are very sorry that your visit was spoilt by other guests Any issues we would rather you come to reception as you did so we can try and resolve.
We did discuss the issues with the other guests ( we did not leave a note, a few other people also showed concern ) We ask all guests to be considerate of other people and as per our guidelines, dogs should not be left unsupervised.

Other than no idea what your talking about in regards to your awning being tampered with. CCTV is there for customer safety and storage caravan safety.
