Everything was perfect for us.

We were worried about mosquitoes from earlier reviews but we never had any - maybe not the time of year.

The toilet cleaners need special mention - they seemed to be on duty all day and the toilets and showers were being constantly cleaned - they were spotless.

Loved Grado and it was so easy to get to by bus from the stop near the site. Single ticket 1:90€ from the gatehouse. We downloaded the tpl fvg app and it had live times for buses which was spot on.

Motorhome service point is very right to get into. I clipped a security camera coming out of it.

Wir hatten einen Platz mit Meerblick gewählt, der aber leider viel zu klein war. Wir haben ohne Probleme einen sehr schönen großen Platz in der 2. Reihe bekommen. Die Toiletten und Duschanlagen waren sehr sauber, das Personal war fast immer vor Ort um zu reinigen. Restaurant und Bar gut.

Es war recht weit zu den Dusch und den Toiletten.
Obwohl Hundesäckchen und Eimer zur Verfügung standen, haben etliche Hundebesitzer die Verlassenschaften ihrer Vierbeiner mitten am Weg liegen lassen

Sanitariaty znajdują się jedynie w środkowej części kampingu i z parceli przy plaży jest dość daleko.

Travelled with an 8- and a 5-year-old and stayed in a tent pitch near the sea. The facilities were immaculately clean, with someone permanently cleaning the bathroom areas.

The restaurant was mostly very good with great house wine. The kids loved the little arcade area and the dancing every night was a highlight for them.

The pools were good, the slide in the baby pool was a little too young for ours, so they did not have a slide, which would have been nice for them. But there were enough deck chairs and it wasn't too crowded.

The beach was great, with plenty of space to build sandcastles and the beach bar was a nice respite for the parents, where we could watch the kids. The water is super, super shallow, which was great for the smaller kid who was still a little anxious about deep water, but it really never got deeper, so older kids would get bored.

The supermarket was well stocked, albeit expensive. But better than any camp supermarket we've come across before. The wine dispenser was brilliant!

Also being able to rent the power cables for free (with a deposit) was a bonus.

The walk to the bathrooms was really far from the beach, where we had our tent pitch. There should be additional toilets at least at the far end, as it was super far for a little kid to walk when desperate. A couple of times the showers were also all occupied, so there is obviously a need for more facilities.

Another restaurant/ food place that offered a slight variety of food would have been good. The restaurant prices were a little steep for a campsite, especially as there was nowhere else to eat on-site.

Patchy wifi at the far end, if you need it.
