A very warm welcome, all the staff on site were friendly and helpful. The water taxi into Stratford was excellent - what a great way to arrive!
Great food in the bar and good value if using one of the offers available.
Eg. “Burger Monday” any burger and a beer or wine for £16.

Smoking on the bar terrace, it was a fantastic place to sit and enjoy the scenery, but the cigarette smoke from the smoking area just seemed to hug the building and you couldn’t escape the smell if you sat on any of the tables on the same side as the smoking area.

Facilities excellent. Toilets and showers spotlessly clean. Onsite bar/ restaurant fantastic.

Had a lovely pitch escorted by a lovely friendly warden, the water taxi to take us into Stratford was an added bonus, also a nice flat walk in an evening, shower block clean and tidy. All in all couldn’t fault the place

Good dog exercise field too.
Plenty of pitches which are fairly level.

The park was well looked after and the section the Glamping pods we were in was beautiful. The toilets and shower block were clean and tidy.
The riverside venue served good tasty food in the evening and the breakfasts were good too. Staff were friendly and efficient.
We enjoyed taking the river taxi into Stratford.

Unfortunately the pull out sofa bed in the Log Pod was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. After the first night our son swapped to the sofa bed and the adults slept in the bunk beds.

Excellent pitches, very large and flat.

Plenty of electric points very close to most pitches.

Water points very convenient as well as waste disposal points etc

Toilet and shower block is superb and very very clean and well kept.

Reception is very good and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Very large clubhouse with restaurants etc (we didn't use these so cannot comment on quality of foods etc)

Great river taxi runs from the site into Stratford upon Avon (£3 each and runs very frequently)

Excellent 3 night stay will definitely be back.

No free wi-fi and the paid for 'ultra fast wi-fi' was nothing of the sort, even though we were pitched literally next to a wi-fi mast we got very limited service, infact it was unusable to be honest so wasted £8 for 2 days.

Location to the town of Stratford upon Avon, clean and tidy everywhere, close electric points, good signage and a fantastic onsite clubhouse .

Pitch up sold us a riverside pitch but Bobby get one when we arrive, told we didn’t book one, after setting up they told us we could have one but as we had set up decided not to move.

Lovely site by river. Bar and restaurant really good. Had a great time!
