No me gustó: Site is not really prepared for recent extensions of tents areas as they don't have enough toilets and showers for busy periods. By the way, these are unisex. Looks like this camping site is more suitable for caravans.
Entertainment area is a joke, it consists in half of an open shed with three games tables, the other half is occupied with site employers tools and very close to the rubish bins area. I wouldn't let my child going there without supervision.
The staff wasn't very helpful, at least in my case. We was there together with an other family friends and, because we've made the booking through Pitchup we couldn't reserve two pitches on one name, so three weeks before our arrival we asked the site management to give us two pitches near eachother, but the answer was negative, reason given being 'late request'. So, we supposed that the site will be very crowded, but our surprise when we got there was the area where we were allocated wasn't busy at all and all the accommodation period we could find two pitches near eachother. Anyway, I do believe the staff was willing to help us, but I think they have a rocket science sistem of allocating pitches they can't modify or adapt.
Btw, pitches in my area weren't level either.

We're sorry to hear about the challenges you encountered during your stay. We did locate an additional shower/toilet unit convenient for your pitch during the latter part of your stay. The toilets and wet rooms are for anybody to use, as the door to the individual rooms open directly to the outside.
We were unable to allocate the pitches together on this occasion, as we had other bookings. It is difficult to envisage when you see an empty pitch on the field, but if you saw the plot chart of the booking system, it would be clearer as to why we were unable to do so.
Our games barn with skittles, pool table, table tennis and table football is very popular with our guests. It is definitely not an arcade centre as you find in larger sites in places like Prestatyn or Blackpool, which you were probably hoping for.

No me gustó: The quieter pitches we opted for were very damp/boggy being located on the lower part of the site and near a small river. No doubt exacerbated by a particularly wet summer this year. Not a major issue but if I was returning I’d opt for one of the other pitches.

No me gustó: The tent field was close to the main dual carriageway so there was a fair amount of road noise.
The facilities, shower and toilets, were clean but limited. A new unit did open whilst we were there but there were still queues.
The site could have done with a small shop with information and maybe a inside covered games room.

We encourage our guests to support the local shops in Caernarfon (2 miles away) the games barn is covered, but with 1 open side. There is a community run cafe in the village of Bethel.

No need to leave tatty yellow cloths on sinks in bathrooms . I guarantee not a single guest would touch these (I presume the point is to encourage people to wipe the sinks after themselves )!!!

The yellow cloths are changed regularly throughout the day. You are correct that it is to encourage our guests to wipe the sinks after they have used them. Lots of our guests do this. A few people will even take them with them!
