Owner was very lovely, facilities were really good and kept very clean. Wifi also worked really well.

Little path up to the hut with its own little decking area. Had everything you needed including fire wood and a toilet which was great. Showers were just a 2 min walk away and were spotless. Although there were caravans everywhere I only saw one person the 14 hours I was there . …& that was on the way to the shower! Just a gorgeous spot. Fire pit til bed time under the stars was just amazing & the hit was so sweet & cozy. Definitely go again and just take a bit of extra padding for the bed .
No me gustó: The bed was a little too hard for me so had to adapt but just a gorgeous little place

Great views of the hills when walking to the toilet blocks (not from the top tent field).

Multiple water taps availableNo me gustó: Top tent field is a little close to the road, but there is barely any traffic at night so not a major problem.

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: I just needed a patch of grass with water and toilets for a couple of nights so wasnt looking for something special but found a little gem. The tent area has lovely soft grass with no rocks one inch below the surface as we regulararly find, so we had no trouble putting in the pegs and no bending. The grass area was spacious and lots of room between pitches so it was great for the kids running around. The wash/toilet block was very clean and very well presented. I've put this site on my list to use when I'm in the area.
No me gustó: It's a shame people think the road passing the site is part of an F1 track. While it's lovely and quiet most of the time. Your suddenly woken at stupid o'clock by someone clearly going 100+ mph with a clearly illegal exhaust. Not the sites fault of corse, i do feel sorry that they have this problem and I'd like to hope they are in discussion with the local council about traffic calming, both my wife and myself was wondering what would happen if a car lost control and came through the bushes into the camp site. We decided next time we wouldn't pitch up on the road side of the field due to feeling a little paranoid.
