Good size campsite , if you don't like overly busy & crowded. Good facilities .
Liked the use of codes to access site and facilities as made it feels safer and unaccessabile to non campers.No me gustó: Could have been more bins are were over spilling & surrounded by wasps, flies and hornets, one of which stung me badly and from which I'm still suffering.
On whole all good though

Hi Thankyou for your review. I’m alittle confused about the grass cutting as I cannot find anywere that requires the grass cutting as currently with the heat and weather being so dry our grass is not growing and has turned a yellow colour this will obviously return to green once we get some rain,
I would say that I have had a really good walk around the entire site and cannot find anywere that requires the grass cutting, it’s a shame really as I love cutting the grass and seeing it nice and short but we just cannot cut anything currently
A nice campsite with a nice local pub and restaurant

Hi Thankyou for your review sorry to hear about your incident with the wasps unfortunately this is out of our control we did go to the bins every day to rearrange them as I’m afriad to say even though we label the bins and what they are used for people have been placing waste not in the appropriate bin which then attracts wasps especially in the warm weather, I visited them every day and moved the waste about to make sure the bin lids were kept closed and its poor when visiting the bins I always find that one of the bins is complelty empty and not being used and the other ones are over flowing which means I then have to transfer it about and crush it down and move bins about, all it takes is to fill the bins up appropriately with the correct waste as we have 4 recycling bins and 3 general waste which is usually plenty when used appropriately, again we do apologies for your wasp sting and hope you recover quickly thanks
