Fantastic little site. Very peaceful and well thought out. Short walk to village where there is easy access to bus and rail links.
Janet was very helpful and the facilties are spotless. Showers hot and dish washing facilities under cover. Would highly recommend.

Lovely and quiet site, absolutely imaculate too. Janet met us on arrival, we were a little late getting there but she was very welcoming. Nice little walk into town for food and a little shopping. Fantastic scenery on our walk. Quarry View is one i'd definitely come back to. If you're taking dogs a nice walk which also takes you into town is turn left out of site , left at the bottom of the hill then first right up a little path and across the single railway line.

Clean toilet / shower / washing up facilities. Radio on in the shower/toilets. Friendly neighbours. Clean and well looked after campsite. Nice and quiet, slept really well!
Host was very accommodating despite the trouble we had getting there and ended up getting to the site later than the check in time. Janet was understanding and kept in contact via WhatsApp. Due to her kindness and understanding we were able to stay and enjoy Zip World the next day which was a gift from my mum. Thank you 🫶🏻

There was nothing at all to dislike

The toilets and shower units were very clean and well constructed. Very close to village and public transport. Pub and takeaway within walking distance. The Zip World Caverns are a 10 minute walk away. Last but not least the owner was very helpful.

Site was very well looked after, the showers and toilets were great.

The site was quite and we had a great pitch, no 6 as it was large, had a grassed area and felt more private.

We enjoyed our stay but it's not a site that suits us personally so for that reason we won't return.

The site entrance was tight and up a very steep little road, in the middle of houses to the back and front.

Some of the other pitches were very small and very close to the toilets, grey waste and black waste, with very little if no real room around and no privacy at all on some pitches.

A dog from the houses close by barked for over an hour at around midnight.

Well organised pitches were set out perfectly with ample space and yet privately was still possible. Facilities were extremely clean, showers roomy and plenty of hooks to hang clothes. Pitches are perfectly flat no need for leveling blocks all with water and electric. We were met by Janet who was very cheerful and helpful.
