Really clean a well kept site, nice up to date toilet an showerblock, electric a water for each pitch which was really handy. Enjoyed our stay so much we stayed for an extra night an the site staff were more than happy to help us sort that

there isn’t anything for younger children to do in way of entertainment but this didn’t bother us at all as we took plenty of things to do with us an no WiFi on site but phone signal is really good in area again we went to unwind an relax so again wasn’t a problem for us

Dog friendly, family friendly site with good sized level pitches (and easy ground for pegs), electricity and water.
Toilet and shower facilities were clean and toilet roll never ran out!
At a slight extra cost firepits and wood were available.
A short drive (or just shy of couple of miles very pleasant walk) to beaches
On site cafe open at weekends (I think) in the morning and evening.
Excellent, well run laid back site. Would stay again.

Lovely welcoming family. Excellent toilets showers .only got bit dirty when people don't leave how they find things. Great little cafe in mornings when I couldn't be bothered .pitch sizes large . Remember if camping everyone in same boat clean up after yourselves makes it so much nicer.was so grateful of cafe morn after storm Betty.lovely smelling toilet roll.mens showers went out order for day and half due to cold water but still had ladies to use. Sign was put up.

Coming home , one recommendation is having an under cover sink as when raining was awkward. But over all great

We booked very last minute and this site was available and very convenient for us. They were very helpful and accommodating considering we were arriving after the reception closed. The facilities were very modern looking.

The toilets and shower were very dirty, would have been nice to have the option of a family shower room as with a young child 2 sets of hands when showering somewhere new is useful. Also the men's showers had no hot water at all, there was plenty in the ladies but my husband went at 3 different times of the day and could not get any hot water. He spoke to other men on the site who said they hadn't managed to shower their whole stay due to the lack of hot water.

The most amazing shower and toilet facilities. Great little cafe. Lovely site. Lovely owners.

Washing up facilities. Only one sink for the whole site. Not in great condition either. The only thing that dropped this from a straight 10/10

Shower and toilet block clean and modern. Small shop for excellent sausage baps for breakfast. Good location for day trips, nice quiet surroundings.

Second time we have stayed at Pencraig. We love the campsite for its location and convenience to the best beaches on Anglesey. We love the shower block. We love the quietness, the horses, the cows, the size of the site and the electric hook up pitches. The owners are great, on hand to help, have thought of everything that a guest could want. And once again, we had great weather.

The owners added a little campsite cafe hut, which is wonderful, however of an evening it was anyone’s guess if they would open it. Think if you are going to offer the shop/ cafe then make it clear when it will be open, and open it. Useful for campers who arrive late and need bits like milk, water, bread etc…
