Facilities are of a good standard with a dedicated washup , clean and pleasant showers and toilets. Staff running the site are helpful and there is a laid-back vibe to the place. Great for families. Perfect for hiking up the nearby fells.
No me gustó: Bit damp underfoot (I thought the grass might have been a bit long). Were some parties that wanted to play music until the early hours, although the staff dealt with the situation when asked. Could do with a small shop onsite as there is nothing local (at least within walking distance).

Ice cream van visited daily so the kids were happy 😊
