Campsite in a rural setting with great views and an informal layout / atmosphere. Andrew, the proprietor was welcoming and helpful. Great to have free hot showers without having to fiddle with coin meters, and a large fridge and freezer in the washroom. The more adventurous off-grid campers were able to use the fields right down to the coastal clifftops. This could be rather intrusive on this unspoilt stretch of coast, but provides unapparelled views and solitude for a lucky few.

As others have noted, the wi-fi signal was weak and intermittent, especially if you're not in close line of sight with the washroom.

Fantastic spacious site with lots of room between pitches, all with fantastic views and a short coastal walk to the nearest beach in Mwnt. Equipped with all the facilities you need, albeit basic, they were clean and had everything except grey waste disposal. Peace and tranquility all around apart from the occasional bray from the gorgeous donkeys. Highly recommend this site

Camped in campervan in 3rd field next to coastal path. So peaceful. Spectacular views. Watched dolphins daily.

Nothing was magic

Great campsite with loads of space. Spotting dolphins in the sea from our tent was a highlight (take your binoculars). The other highlight was when the owners let our daughters help them groom and walk the ponies. Facilities basic but clean. The owners were always there cleaning. Even though site was full for BH weekend, it never felt busy or noisy. The park was perfect. Far enough away for us to be able to see the children but for them to not be a noise nuisance! There is even a zip line there! Great site. WiFi terrible but it didn't bother us.

The uninterrupted views out to sea were phenomenal. Spacious, well drained, fenced, level pitch. Friendly, helpful owners. Feeding the donkeys and ponies was a huge hit with the children (and grown-ups!) Facilities were kept clean with sufficient toilets and pot wash areas to ensure waiting was kept to a minimum. Wifi ensured that we could still keep in contact with friends as there is no phone signal (but that was also the case for much of Ceridigion unless you're on EE.) Zero light pollution so the star-gazing at night was incredible. Spotting seals while walking the cliff path to Mwnt (then swimming near them once there!) Amazing beach with great waves for bodyboarding at Mwnt just 8mins drive away (or 20mins walk if you can be bothered lugging your belongings.) Great range of shops and cafes at nearby Cardigan. Stunning range of beautiful beaches north and south, so really well placed to explore the Ceridigion coastal area north but also the Pembrokeshire coast further south. Great children's playground area, cleverly placed away from but in clear view of the tents, ensured the children were kept occupied and had somewhere to form new friendships. The biweekly visit of a Crepe van was an unexpected, welcome bonus.

Toilet blocks starting to look a little tired with a leaking shower room and a temperamental flushing toilet, coupled with peeling paint on the floor. That said, they were always kept really clean and well stocked so were still pleasant to use.
Onshore wind was extreme during our visit with one tent blowing down the hill and our tent buckling one night. That is probably the price you have to pay for uninterrupted views of the sea!

We loved 4 night stay here. The sea view was stunning and extensive. We saw sunsets, dolphins jumping and a shooting star! The owners are friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. We walked to Mwnt Beach about 25 min walk, which is amazing! Flat Rock Bistro is about 45 min walk or short taxi ride, which is fantastic!

Internet not always working and could not get from our tent. I quite liked this, as nice to get away from the digital world, but others were not so happy.

The views are incredible. The toilets & showers were very clean and well looked after. The owners were lovely. Really helpful. Play area was good. The pitch itself was good.

Unfortunately the WIFI was pretty poor. Only worked occasionally and even then it wasn't very good.
