We didn't catch the sunset this time due to bad weather but it surely doesn't disappoint if you manage to catch it.
Has great park for the kiddies and blocks are spotless!

Kids. Very tidy everywhere.No me gustó: Nothing around the site at all. Not even a local shop. Long drive up a very narrow track road back to the main roads. Nothing in walking distance at all. Beach all big rocks and quite dangerous. Not a beach for swimming or even having a dip.
Hey, thank you for taking the time to leave your review of your recent stay with us on one of our seaview hardstanding fully serviced touring pitches.
We will pass on your very favourable comments to our park team who work tirelessly to keep everything as it should be to give such a high level of accommodation to all of our customers.
We find it a little confusing that even after your researching where to stay, looking at reviews, google maps and webpages you did not visit the park reception 'essentials' shop, ice creams, drinks, essentials such as bread and milk, snack foods, camping essentials.
Even in the confirmation email you receive we ask for an arrival and departure time to be kept to so as not to meet traffic on the narrow 2 mile lane into the park.
We highlight our proximity to the Wales coastal path which takes you direct into Aberystwyth, our nearest town.
We make a point to ask if you have ever caught a lobster dinner as our rocky beach is ideal for crab fishing, messing in rock pools or just to sit on a rock watching out for dolphins and sea birds.
We have regular swimming sessions direct from our step access to the beach and quite a lot of kayak users and surfers use the access as the beach gives a lot of privacy and is never too busy.
The big positive to take from your dislikes is that there is nothing around the site at all, except, peace, quiet and bucket fulls of relaxation

When you drive into the reception area and get the first glimpse of the view you know you are in for a treat
Such friendly accommodating staff
Shower and toilet block always clean and tidy
Grounds maintained immaculately
We have already booked to come back in a months time even though we live 3.5 hours away
It’s well worth the trip
No me gustó: Once you get past navigating the single track road you can breath a sigh of relief
I would say that several people arrived VERY early which is such a great disappointment as it CLEARLY states in the email you receive that no arrivals until after 2pm due to the single track road
I just wonder what they would of done if they came across a caravan leaving the site at the correct time
Because of this we would always arrive well after 2pm as clearly people don’t follow rules that are there for a reason

We all love a good sunset, your photos will go to the collection.
Unfortunately as part of human nature there will always be those who dont seem to mind disrupting others who try to read the descriptions, arrival times, directions, weather reports, do's and dont's, we have to be extra vigilant and do our bit to help and guide those people.

Pitches were lovely, nice well mowed bit of grass next to the hard standing to relax on with our own bench/table. Site in general was very nice with some steps at the end of the site to get down to the beach. Some really nice, excellent views out to see. Toilets/shower blocks where perfectly acceptable.No me gustó: I wouldn't go as far as dislikes, just a change which would be nicer would be.... That the pool be left opening until the evening ( closed at 17.00 ) and would be really nice to have an evening / night time swim on a summers evening.
Having the WiFi password on the information sheet handed out would be handy as to not have to bother staff going to find out. Assuming they have WiFi as my mobile data signal wasn't great. WiFi score is only because I didn't even know if they have WiFi and wasn't made aware or given any password on arrival

Your suggestions for pool extended opening are not the first, we often think should we keep the pool open longer into the evening ?
One or two issues always spring to mind, as those who operate a commercial pool will tell you, there must be some sort of rest period, or circulation time to refreshen the water, we could keep the pool open until lets say 9pm in the summer, lighter nights months but would not open until maybe 2pm in the afternoon, that would then not go down well with the early swimmers, then we would need to employ someone to look after it after hours, the trick is, get in the pool at 10 am, stay as long as you need right through to 5pm, then light the barbecue and sit and relax by your pitch, this is what the owners who have a holiday home are able to do as the noise level drops at 5pm as the pool closes.
There is a pay as you go wifi for those who need to stay connected and do not have a 4g signal, the password is generated once you log onto the service, the 4g coverage on a lot of providers is usually much better than the wifi on the park.

The toilet facilities were very clean and the site was really well maintained. Loved having the direct access to the beach and the dog exercise area was really useful.

Thank you, we agree totally with your comments, we try to make Morfa Bychan the place we would want to visit when we go off on our holidays.
Thank you Katie, it is really sad that you missed the sunsets but we had a few nights of sea mist, lots of photographs of the sunsets from past evening to see on the photo gallery.
Hopefully you will get to see them first hand again when you are back with us.
