Thank you for your feedback on Morfa Bychan Holiday Park. We're pleased to hear that you found the campsite beautifully situated. However, we are sorry to hear about your difficulty getting to the rocky shorline on our beach. We have a substantial stepped access down to the beach but not a disabled friendly access as the beach is not suited to low mobility people, this is clear in our description of the park, google maps and photographs on the webpage.

Aberystwyth, New Quay and Borth which are all local to the park have access points for all people.

Your comments are important to us, and we are always looking at better ways to get to the beach from the park but are unable to change the entire beach to suit every holiday makers needs.

It's great to know that you found the toilets and shower facilities clean, and the grounds and pitches well-kept. We're also glad that you and your dog enjoyed the walking area.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the pitch size. Our pitches are designed to be big enough for a caravan/motorhome with a standard size awning.
We apoligize for the unexpected visit from a badger, we remind guests to secure their food in their awnings/tents to avoid any wildlife encounters.

We understand that the lack of nearby amenities can be inconvenient, especially when traveling with young children. Your feedback is valuable, it is always advisable to research a holiday parks geographic position prior to booking to avoid dissapointment.

The park shop stocks basic provisions from drinks, fresh fruit, tinned food, fresh bread etc, even cuddly toys, games etc for the kids.
The on park food facilitiies have been available every night during the holidays with local takeaway delivery facilities 24/7 to the park.

What more does one need on a quiet, peaceful park.

We usually try to leave the re opening of the pool until warmer weather but as we were especially busy we got it ready sooner, and the wether last week was amazing !
