The site was clean and tidy
playground had plenty for the kids to play on and keep them entertained.
Toilets cleaned regularly
Pool was lovelyNo me gustó: Not the campsite or within their control, the beach is very rugged, more of a rugged coastline.
The games room is very dated, needs updating, possibly a table tennis, air hockey, and new pool cues. There was a TV to watch, but you needed to get to the sofa and watch together. No chill-out area for older kids.
The on-site shop closed at 5pm with no option to use a vending service.
Wi-Fi is not included in the price.
Dogs wandering around off the lead, running up to tents and aggressively barking at other site users.
Toilets, showers and washing facilities need modernising
Osprey pitch was rock-hard, even though we were told it was a tent pitch, it must have been a hard standing pitch before

No me gustó: Phone signal a bit iffy and wi-fi was payable. With a beautiful view comes exposure and it can get windy on the cliff-top!

We regret that you weren't able to use the outdoor swimming pool during your stay. Our pool is open from 10am until 5pm, and we hope you'll have the opportunity to enjoy it next time.
We understand the challenges with phone signal and Wi-Fi. The signal can be inconsistent due to factors beyond our control, such as weather and our cliff-top location. We do offer optional Wi-Fi for those who need it.

The grounds itself are kept immaculate and the caravan was spotless. Arrived to extras such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits! Lovely little extras! We were also able to log into Netflix and Amazon prime which was perfect to chill out for a few hours after swimming in the onsite pool, which is also kept well maintained and is a really nice asset, my 7 year old really enjoyed the pool. We were able to buy a pool noodle but they also had inflatable balls and rubber rings etc, which were all reasonably priced in the small shop. The site is perfectly located in between Aberystwyth (15 min by car) and New Quay (40 mins). All I would say is, if visiting during hot days, it’s worth taking a fan!

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the views, cleanliness, and facilities like the playground and pool during your stay. We appreciate your positive comments about our efforts to maintain a tidy and family-friendly environment.
We apologize for the issues you encountered. The rugged coastline is indeed a natural feature beyond our control, but we understand it may not suit everyone's preferences. We're currently in the planning stages for new developments, including modernizing our washrooms and updating the games room. We have noted your suggestions for table tennis, air hockey, and new pool cues.
Regarding the on-site shop, our opening hours are from 8am until 6pm and Wi-Fi, is an optional extra as a lot of phone providers signal is reasonably good in most areas. We also regret the inconvenience caused by dogs off-lead had we been made aware at the time this could have been stopped immediately.
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We are always trying to improve our methods and facilities and also our positive experience to all of our customers.
