Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: Arrived and was shown to our pitch by kind friendly staff , we were close to the edge of the cliff with amazing views of Cardigan Bay , open to the elements with a tent but we had good weather for our stay the pitch was good for our tent with a car park space that could fit my car and trailer we had a water tap too The site is imaculate lovely gardens, steps to the beach , dog walking field , swimming pool, small shop , and food van which did lovely food ,and a park with swings in, the bathroom facilities were excellent and clean and the staff were great and had s chat every day , we were there for the fundraising day which was a great day , wifi was hit and miss but you can pay which was a good rreception Great stay thank you

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: Staff were friendly and helpful. The park was clean and the toilet/shower area was spotless and cleaned regularly. It is in a beautiful location and the views were great to wake up to. The swimming pool was lovely and warm and didn't get too busy.
Although we were warned about badgers, we didn't see any.
The sunsets were something else.
We didn't do any walks but there is a walk from the site to Aberystwyth which when I visit again, I intend to do.
The beach was easily accessible, be aware it has quite deep steps but it wasn't a problem for us. The rock pools are great for children exploring, we caught shrimp but didn't find any crabs, probably because we only took a net and no bait. Another family showed us their catch and they had two in their bucket.
A great experience at a lovely, well kept site. Would highly recommend.No me gustó: Wind on the first night. We caught the tail of the big storm and it was a sleepless night as we were camping. The park couldn't be held responsible for that. The rest of our stay was peaceful.

No me gustó: When I checked in saying we were a tent pitch my welcome was 'you're braver than me' which didn't fill me with confidence...and then very vague directions to our pitch. We had to figure everything else out including where we could walk the dog, how to find the dog field, what the onsite food options were etc. However, being in a tent I was sitting outside alot when other people arrived and seemed to be shown to their pitch as well as being given loads of information on their arrival, so I felt a bit miffed that we hadn't received that service (we had checked in within the right time etc). The staff weren't very friendly considering they were about alot. I think out of 7 nights I had 1 'good morning'.
There is also a badger problem which other campers were made aware of upon arrival, again we received no such information.

We strive to offer a warm and informative welcome to all our guests, and it's disappointing to hear that we fell short during your stay. Your comments about the vague directions and lack of information regarding the dog field and onsite amenities are noted, and we will address this with our team to ensure better consistency in the future.
The welcome pack you were given on arrival has all of that information for you to explore.
Regarding the wildlife, we do share our space with nature, and we apologize for not informing you about the badgers. We don’t usually pick a creature to mention specifically on arrival but rely upon the many nature signs positioned around the park.
