Pitches were large and the owners located our two pitches next to each other, close to facilities. Lovely views across the valley. Picnic tables available and wood for sale for fires. Washing up area was clean with plenty of hot water. Toilets and showers were OK, too. Location was great for the short break we were looking for.

Chemical waste disposal point right next to us was aromatic at times.

Rural location. Woodland walk with animals. Warm welcome from the owners. Fire pit rental.

Some of the toilet and shower facilities were very rough around the edges - but that’s camping!

Staff, quiet campsite, showers.. views...I could go on and on. Even ordered a takeaway on the site which was delivered without a hitch!

Nothing to dislike..

Very lovely accommodating owner Sharon nothing was to much trouble. Including when our tent broke she was on hand to help us. The site is very family friendly sharon ensure everyone feels comfortable especially the children playing together etc. Lots of space to pitch and very clean. Sharon even brings around fire pits for everyone to use to toast marshmallows under the stars. Our kids 15,12,10 and 8 loved it here they felt free and enjoyed being kids. Highliy recommended if you want to strip your kids from gaming and phones like we did. Great price for a budget also with extra facilities such as onsite washing machine freezer and microwave.

Other people need to clean up after using the shower and toilets.
No phone signal which comes in handy at night for kids to watch netflixs. But not an issue we played cards. Just younger kids may struggle

Well appointed and clean cabin, friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond.
Location was wonderful, peaceful countryside but only 10min from Falmouth town centre.

Kids play area would have been the icing on the cake.

The owner was really friendly & very accommodating to our needs. The campsite is well kept. Basic amenities, but everything that you’d need is there, & more.
The facility for hiring a fire pit was an added bonus, as it’s such a nice communal way to enjoy the evenings.

The tent pitches are quite exposed, so a bit more windy and although there was a single football net in the camping pitches and a tree rope swing in the lower chalet field, there was no other play equipment for children to play on in the camping field.

Tranquil site, great showers and toilets. Very useful having access to freezers, kettle, toaster.
