No me gustó: Pitch was on a hill which isn’t ideal in a tent.

No me gustó: There would be really nice have a toilet upstairs on field. It just would make easier with kids and dogs do the journeys multiple times a day.

There is alot of road noise being so close to a major A road.
Be aware the ground is rocky/ stoney underneath so bring extra pegs as I bent a few!

Being a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe and the ease of pitching up and leaving early in the morning was totally stress free. Ashton Keynes water park is very near and makes it a stress free journey for those early morning events.
Facilities on site spotless and clean, which is what I always look for.

No me gustó: Grass pitches very slopy, we changed to a motorhome pitch to be leveled. Site is dominated by season pitches and mobile homes. Only one facility building at the lower end of the site, long ways for tourists. A second facility area at the top section is dearly missed. People are helpful, but you are told how to pitch up to their likes..? A bit over- organized.
Very busy and noisy road close by. No wifi on the pitches, only in a gazebo near the gate.
