Lovely site, very well kept.
Easy instructions on arrival as we were later than planned so everything was left for us.
We had a perfect pitch for having the alpacas as company, LOVED that 🥰
The laurel hedges used to divide the individual pitches is a very pretty touch.

Quiet location down a no through road. Small site with well thought out quality facilities. Handy spot for crossing the Humber. Alpacas a nice extra. Little summerhouse pub looked good, but we didn't need it on this occasion. Friendly owner.

The site is clean and well kept. The owners, Julie and Gary have made it so it sets it apart from other campsites we have visited. Their attention to detail is miles ahead. The Alpaca Lodge we stayed in, far exceeded our expectations. Having been used to tent camping, this was LUXURY. The kitchen was well equipt with everything you could need with a Microwave, toaster and if needed a multi-cooker. The aircon/heating system they have installed is another added bonus as it did get cold at night- June and we need heating?! 5 minutes blasting that out and we were toasty!

There is an onsite pub- The Alpaca's Arms. It is warm, inviting and dog friendly. The beer is good, what more can you ask?

If you do have dogs and like to walk there are many different walks within 15 minutes drive of the site. Waters edge country park was beautiful and Humber Bridge Viewing point walk was great too.

Spacious pitches with options to have grass or hard standings, heated clean toilets & shower. Lovely bar with plenty of choice of drinks and great hosts.
Friendly alpacas always close by.

It was confusing to get to the Quarry walks through industrial area. We drove to a spot instead to walk the dog- nice walk along the quarry and can see Humber bridge

The wellcome was very friendly and informative, we got on great with the owner as she was origonaly from our home town . Shower/toilet block spotless clean.

The on site bar is a little jem.

Would highly recommend, so much so we are back there in a couple of weeks.

A great site with great hosts. Super fast check in and the Alpacas add a real positive twist to a conventional site. The Alpaca Arms is also a great addition and is the perfect watering hole.

Owners very welcoming and helpfull.
Good location to travel to local sight seeing areas.

Weather ! Not the site or owners fault, as we still enjoyed our 3 night stay.
