Was very disappointed with the lack of showers in the ladies! Only two out of four working, which lead to people queuing up to use the remaining two. Not good at all for the busy time of the year.

We had a nice man give us our pitch and clubhouse passes and didn’t see any one else in the 4 days we were there no one came to see if all was ok During the stay toilet facilities ie mens and woman’s were very dirty slippery when they had left a dirty mop with filthy dirty water for anyone to mop up all day and also when taking a shower there was four showers which two of them was out of order for the whole four days we were there so the whole campsite had to share two showers ie female ones which was just a trickle with pushbutton which soon as you let go stopped the shower itself was a slippery filthy dirty And you couldn’t not wash properly the shower and toilet block need updating my husband and I used a Disabled shower together because the shower itself was a proper shower but still the floor had not been touched in four days it had hair toothbrush tops sink Filthy dirty.and behind our tent it was very had to plug our mains in as it was over grown with Stinging nettles as we got stung four times.also the rd coming into camp site rd had lifted up so very dangerous for car to go over camping it’s self was good but Unfortunately we will not be going there again as Campsite next door lower hide campsite is a lot better as we went and viewed it thanks

Entrance to the touring site, terrible, not suitable for a touring caravan also road had lots of pot holes.
No one was there to book us in & didn’t see a member of staff the whole time we was there. Toilet block was extremely old & toilets generally dirty. Four shower only two worked the whole time we were there. Very disappointing!

Leaving

Showers (only 2 working so massive queues)
Toilets (absolutely filthy! 2 days of no toilet roll)
Noise (people playing music and shouting and screaming until all hours. No staff about to monitor the site)
No staff (camping and touring office only open 2 days of our stay)

Small friendly touring site. Close to Shanklin.

The showers were not great & could do with an update.
The floor around the pool changing rooms was quite dirty.

The park was clean, with great facilities and friendly staff. Would definitely use again.

Showers could do with an upgrade but the rest of the facilities were great. Would come again

Pitch size was great and level, hook up was quite close to camper which is also good. Staff were brilliant. Especially Sam who couldn't have done anymore for us. Showers and toilets were really clean considering the awful weather that we had.

The food in the clubhouse was overpriced and the quality was poor really. The hot water in the toilets was really hot. Temperature could do with turning down, especially with young kids running in and out of the toilets.

Beautiful location. The town is in walking distance. You can find everything you need. The ocean is close too, with very nice beaches. Lots of cafes, restaurants, mini golf courses etc… Nearly all these places are dog friendly. I can recommend to everyone!!

Great location & nice food. Kids enjoyed the pool. Access to lower Hyde also great as they had some sports pitches (good for older age kids).

The toilet block was very low on toilet paper every morning (only one cubicle had some available by mooring).
I know it's hard to organise but my 11 year old would have liked an activity or two geared towards her age group.
