No me gustó: Toilet block nearest is closed, silly cleaning times. Wardens very friendly and helpful but NOT all staff.
My apologies, we do all have our bad days, we are normally very helpful and look after all our customers as best we can, sometimes we are just so busy doing all our other jobs that we get caught unawares especially if arrivals turn up before 2pm or leave after midday, please accept my apologies for any discomfort caused.

No me gustó: The toilet and shower block closest to our pitch was closed (I assume it’s out of peak season now) so we had to walk to the further one. Not the end of the world, but quite far in the dark at night.
Very little phone reception onsite, you could pay £3 a day for Wi-Fi, again, not the end of the world.

The off lead exercise field is a great feature which the dog took advantage of too.No me gustó: Nothing

The staff were very friendly and couldn’t help more.
It is sited in a wooded area in a quiet location with two pubs in close proximity and within a short drive to Whitby.

We are not a busy reception or shop but i do try and keep the basics in on 6 shelves in the shop, all the essentials for knocking up a quick tea, we have a fridge with basics in and a freezer with ice cream and other frozen essentials along with fresh eggs from our free range chucks.
It may be worth all potential customers to google our location and surrounding area prior to booking as this will highlight distances to the nearest pubs and shops etc. as we are a little rural.
